Although some of our ingredients, such as cream cheese and gelatins, may contain preservative, we aim to use all natural ingredients. Please see our Nutrition Facts.
Can I reheat or freeze my cookies?
Yes, and yes! You can reheat your unpackaged cookies in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time or in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 2-5 minutes. You can also freeze your cookies for up to 3 months.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not extend refund. If there is an issue with your order please contact us before the order ships and we will try to correct it. All sales are final.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email or text message confirmation once your order is placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. Orders typically ship the next business day, between Mondays & Thursdays to ensure that you get the freshest product.
